Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) is the economic development agency for the Highlands and Islands region of Scotland. Following an extended period of comprehensive change and restructuring, the organisation had lost significant leadership skill and experience. HIE asked pmpgenesis to help them to respond successfully to increased performance pressure by building leadership capacity and capability.
