pmpgenesis has worked closely with the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) over the last seven years to transform many aspects of their operations on and off the field. The initial engagement was to undertake a review of how well the FAI supported their international teams, following the widely publicised criticism of the Association after Roy Keane’s early departure from the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
We have worked closely with The Football Association (the FA) on a variety of projects. These projects have included assistance with the Burns Review reviewing the structural reform of the organisation, the development of an integrated strategy for The FA and football in England through to 2012, support on the development of the National Game Strategy, and the establishment of the new Women’s Super League.

pmpgenesis has completed a number of assignments for the Irish Rugby Football Union including the development of their first ever five year strategic plan.
pmpgenesis was the lead advisor on the feasibility of a new 20,000 community stadium. Working closely with Donaldsons (now DTZ), our role was to identify and deliver the enabling retail and commercial development and set up the SPV ownership and stadium management vehicles.
pmplegacy worked with FIFA to research and develop over 30 case studies from all over the world and to compile good practice guidance for a FIFA publication on the development of women’s football, including the important role of delivering events.
pmpgenesis was appointed by Wycombe District Council in June 2008 to provide independent analysis and advice on the viability of proposed funding and operational solutions for a new 25,000 seat stadium.
